1. What we are
ZameenKharido is a platform that lists land for sale in Haryana and introduces interested buyers to owners. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not own the land advertised here, we do not act as an escrow, and we do not take possession of anyone's money.
2. What we check
We review every listing before it is published. That review confirms the listing is internally consistent and that we have spoken to the person who submitted it.
It is not a verification of title, ownership, boundaries, encumbrances or permitted use. We have no legal authority to confirm any of those. You must carry out your own due diligence, including inspection of the revenue records, a physical visit, and independent legal advice, before entering into any agreement or paying any money.
3. If you list land
By submitting a listing you confirm that you are the owner or are authorised by the owner to offer the land for sale, and that the information you give is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You must not list land you do not have the right to sell, misrepresent area, price, classification or access, or upload photographs of land other than the land being advertised.
We may decline, edit, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, and we may suspend an account that repeatedly submits inaccurate listings.
4. If you enquire about land
Enquiries are handled by our team. We will contact you using the details you give us, and we will pass your details to the owner only when we introduce you.
Do not use enquiry forms to advertise services, solicit business, or collect contact details.
5. Contact details
Owner contact details are deliberately not published. Attempting to obtain them by circumventing the platform, scraping, or misrepresenting who you are is a breach of these terms and may end your access.
6. Fees
Listing land is currently free. Where we introduce a buyer to a seller, any commission or fee arrangement will be agreed with you separately and in writing before it applies. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to pay us anything you have not agreed to.
7. Our liability
We provide this platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that land is available, or that any transaction will complete.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from a transaction between a buyer and a seller — we are not a party to it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hisar, Haryana have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
