It is not confirmation that:
- the person listing the land owns it, or has the right to sell it
- the area stated is the area on the revenue record
- the boundaries are where anyone says they are
- the land is free of mortgages, disputes, court orders or acquisition notices
- the land may lawfully be used for the purpose you have in mind
- any price, verbal assurance or timeline will be honoured
Before you pay anyone anything
Instruct your own advocate. Have the Jamabandi, the mutation entries and the current khasra girdawari checked. Visit the land and walk the boundary. Confirm the access road actually exists and is not somebody's private field.
None of this is unusual advice — it is what every careful buyer in Haryana already does, and no website can do it for you.
